The experience at Johnsons Stourbridge Volkswagen was great because the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They let me bring my dog into the showroom, and could not possibly be more helpful than they are. Vanessa in particular is a sheer delight.

My only very small even petty problem, I was aware that they do not wash cars after service, instead they plant a tree for the environment which I am very supportive of! Unfortunately I was given a piece of paper to tell me that they had not washed my car but planter a tree which seems slightly pointless and wasteful of paper
My experience at Johnsons Stourbridge Volkswagen was cracking because everyone is always very friendly (the lady looking after me , Vanessa, is always lovely and happy to help) . I Didn’t spend too long whilst having my service done and was offered refreshments while I waited . As usual a video was sent through to my phone detailing the inspection and any works that needed looking at . A fast and prompt service .
